Mastering the Power Trio - Soft Skills

How can professionals develop the cognitive and emotional agility to thrive in complex, modern workplaces?
This microlearning instructional video explores three essential soft skills: Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Emotional Intelligence. These are the capabilities that help people solve problems, generate fresh ideas, and collaborate with emotional awareness. The short-format video is ideal for self-paced learning or onboarding modules where time is limited but impact matters. Practical prompts and real-world context help learners connect these abstract skills to everyday work.

REFLECTION/ IMPACT
What I Learned: Designing for microlearning sharpened my ability to simplify complex skills into teachable, engaging chunks.
How I’d Iterate: In future versions, I’d add a downloadable worksheet or challenge prompt to promote active reflection.
Impact: This resource sparked good conversation during an internal professional development day — learners reflected that the trio of skills “felt instantly relevant” to their roles.
